JOIN A RESPECTED ESSEX AND EAST LONDON DRIVING SCHOOL

As Learner Land expands and looks to cover even more areas, we are always open to applications from fully qualified male or female ADIs looking to join a respected driving school and give high quality manual or automatic driving tuition in the Essex and east London areas.

To maintain its promise to all its driving school pupils, Learner Land carefully selects only the very best ADIs that meet a strict set of criteria:

  • Fully ADI qualified
  • Minimum of two years post qualification experience
  • Above-average pass rate
  • Minimum DSA Grade 4
  • Checkable references
  • Owner of a modern, well maintained dual controlled vehicle, no more than 3 years old
  • Preferably Pass Plus registered
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills and a highly professional attitude
  • Loyal, dependable and trustworthy
  • Patient with nervous and first-time drivers
  • Preferably a non-smoker

ADIs joining Learner Land must be dedicated to the driving school's aim of creating safe, confident drivers with the ability to pass all aspects of the driving test.

BECOME A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR

Every year around 1.6 million driving tests are taken in the UK which has resulted in a shortage of driving instructors.

Learner Land will soon be offering ORDIT-approved driving instructor training at a very competitive rate. Our trainer is a Grade 6 ADI with 30 years experience in driving tuition, and several years experience in instructor training. You will therefore be offered an exceedingly high level of both classroom and practical tuition, so that you become not just a driving instructor, but a good driving instructor.
