Your Theory Test

The Driving Theory Test is part of learning to drive. It is taken at one of the official DSA Theory Test Centres in Essex or east London and consists of two parts:

1. The Multiple Choice Test
2. The Hazard Perception Test

Without passing both parts, you will not be able to take your Practical Driving Test.

Learner Land recommends that you should start studying for your Theory Test as soon as you start your driving lessons, but that you don't actually sit the test it until you have some practical experience of driving, as this can help you immensely.

When you start learning to drive with Learner Land, you will be offered free classroom training to help you pass your Theory Test. The classroom training will be carried out by an experienced Approved Driving Instructor.

As well as the free classroom training, there are a number of books and study aids available which you will find useful whilst you are studying for this part of your driving test. All of these are available to purchase from Learner Land.

On this page, Learner Land provides you with some useful information to help you understand more about the Theory Test, and how to book a test when you are ready:
